6525. 'And all the elders of the land of Egypt' means the things that would accord with truth. This is clear from the meaning of 'the elders' as the chief characteristics of wisdom, thus things that accord with good, dealt with directly above in 6524, here those that accord with truth, for those that accord with good also accord with truth; and from the meaning of 'the land of Egypt' as the natural mind where known facts reside, dealt with in 5276, 5278, 5280, 5188, 5301, thus also where truths reside, since known facts are truths existing in the natural mind; and being truths they are called factual truths.
