27. Chapter 27 [Isaiah] 1 There is no longer any truth or good in the natural man. 2 2, 3 Nevertheless the truth of the church must be guarded. 11 4, 5 Every evil and falsity will be destroyed on the day of judgment. 15 6 Afterwards there will be a new church 11 7, 8 with those in whom truths have not been completely lost. 11 8-12 In time all true worship will perish, with all truth and good; they will perish on the day of judgment. 15 12, 13 Afterwards there will be a new church that will confess the Lord. 11
