14. GENERATION (Generatio). ORGANS OF GENERATION (Generationis organa).
The organs of generation are distinct from all others in man (65).
The procreation of offspring takes place on earth, because fullness is there; and the Divine operation is from firsts by ultimates (75 [CL 52]).
By man are procreated offspring in whose inmost is the image of God (75).
