This is clear from the meaning of 'saying' - when the path is from inward Divine Truth, represented by 'Moses', to outward God's truth, represented by 'Aaron' - as influx. For the path along which Divine influx passes lies through the truth that goes forth directly from the Lord, and on into the truth that goes forth in an indirect way.
