This is clear from the meaning of 'saying' as perceiving, dealt with in 1791, 1815, 1819, 1822, 1898, 1919, 2080, 2862, from the representation of 'Esau' as the Lord as regards the good of the Natural, dealt with in 3300, 3302, and in what follows shortly regarding Edom, and from the representation of 'Jacob' as the truth of the Natural, dealt with in 3305, regarding which there was perception.
