That this signifies the internal toward the setting up again of the church, is evident from the representation of Joseph, as being the internal (see n. 6499); from the signification of "being buried," as being resuscitation (n. 6516), thus a setting up again, because it is said of the church; and from the representation of Israel, who is here the "father," as being the church (n. 4286, 6426).
